Weekly Check-ins

Every week, I assess your biofeedback (stress, sleep, digestion, nutrition, pain, etc.) to ensure we’re making steady progress towards your stated goals.

  • Check-in feedback: Provided via a Loom video (where I will have both my notes and your check-in on-screen), so you can see pertinent information and to ensure there is no ambiguity.
     

  • 24/5 access to me (via Whatsapp) to ask questions, check in, communicate, etc.
     

  • Mindset support: I want to know how you are feeling and doing. This is a very valuable part of your check-ins and helps me help you!
     

  • Access to my clients-only group chat for community and support

Customized Training
and Support

  • Customized training splits every 6-8 weeks, depending on results, needs, performance, and adherence.
     

    • Access to the Veganbeats Fitness app (this is where all of your will access all your workouts and training)
       

    • Cardio prescriptions (as needed)
       

  • Form video assessments: Get the best of both in-person and online coaching by submitting form videos to ensure that you’re utilizing the right muscle groups and staying injury-free.

Nutrition Protocols
and Support

  • Identifying your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and determining your caloric needs
     

  • Nutrition and macro tracking assistance: I always meet my clients where they are at and work to accommodate special circumstances, etc.
     

  • Fully customized macros and/or a sample meal plan to support you and build confidence in your relationship with nutrition

  • Lab assessments (as needed)
     

  • Event and competition preparation: Whether you have an OCR, triathlon, powerlifting meet, etc., I have relevant experience and can help you prepare for it.
